What it looks like to work with me:

Working with me could look like a few different things.1. We meet and discuss a specific problem. I'll propose a solution, sometimes with Excel, sometimes with other software you already use or is low cost.2. If it's more than a one time, short fix, I'll propose a full project with service agreement and schedule.I break things into $500 value milestones.3. I have a few clients that have me as an advisor.
- We have monthly (or more often) meetings
- any projects go to the front of the line
- We'll talk about your goals and how to best reach them
- I'll help you use your data to make better decisionsThis starts at $1,000/month for newer, smaller businesses, larger companies with complex systems will be around $4,000/month.4. If you need me on site for it is $1,000/day + expenses.

Estimating

How you estimate is different than everyone else. You have a system that works but don't want to pay for a one size fits all (which is one size fits none) or custom software. Using Excel, most projects take weeks instead of months to hit the ground running.

Scheduling

As a construction business with projects sometimes you need schedules that are unique to your business. There is some great software out there, but if you don't have something that fits well, lets talk.

Cash Flow
